There are house rules to follow when painting in a condominium: times of renovation, notification to management, protection of lift and common corridors, and consideration for neighbours. We take care of that coordination as part of the package and the project gets off to a flying start and remains compliant from the first trolley in to the last drop sheet out.
The expectations are also raised within the unit. Walls are prepared to a smooth even surface, lines around cornices and joinery are crisp and feature walls in limewash or texture are prepared by painters who prepare and apply these on a day to day basis.

All rooms finished to one standard. Ceilings, walls and trim painted as a coordinated scope, for the person living in the unit or for the person freshening it up between owners.
Limewash and textured coatings, as well as deep accent colours, are used to create a designed, layered look in living rooms and bedrooms, against cleanly applied straight masked lines.
Condo lighting isn't forgiving. For walls that require it, we skim, putty and sand to an even plane prior to painting for a finish that reads perfect in daylight and downlights.
Durable enamels on doors, frames, skirting and built-in edges are able to withstand knocks and cleaning, the finishing details that make a repaint feel complete.
Moving tenants out or handing a unit back? We repaint to the landlord's or agent's requirements on a fast turnaround so the unit is market-ready.
