Painting questions, answered.

Before we start
Booking & quotations.
Getting from first message to a fixed price.
How fast can I get a quotation?
Photo-based estimates usually come back within a day on WhatsApp. Fixed, itemised quotations are issued after a free site assessment — typically scheduled within a few days of your message.
Do you always visit before quoting?
Small, clearly-defined jobs can be quoted from photos and measurements. Whole-property repaints and commercial projects get a site walk first, because condition drives price and we quote fixed figures, not estimates that grow later.
Is the site assessment really free?
Yes — free and islandwide, with no obligation. It is how we keep quotations fixed: we price what we have actually seen.
How far ahead should I book?
A few days for small scopes; one to two weeks for whole-property repaints and commercial work. Weekend and after-hours slots are the first to fill.
Do you take small jobs, like one room or a single feature wall?
Yes. Single rooms, feature walls, door and gate repaints are all welcome — they are scheduled efficiently alongside nearby projects to keep the price sensible.
On site
While the work runs.
What day-to-day life looks like during a repaint.
Who moves and protects the furniture?
We do. Furniture is shifted, covered and returned; floors, switches and fittings are masked before the first coat and cleaned after the last.
Will my home or office smell of paint?
Very little, and briefly. Low-odour systems are our standard for occupied spaces, and rooms are ventilated as they are painted — most are back in use the same day.
What happens if it rains during exterior painting?
Exterior stages are planned around dry weather windows, and the sequence flexes — crews shift to interior or sheltered scopes while walls dry out, so the overall schedule holds.
Do I need to stay home while painters work?
Many clients do not. Access arrangements are agreed up front, you get progress updates, and the site is left tidy and secure at the end of every session.
How is the site left at the end of each day?
Swept or vacuumed, materials stacked neatly, walkways clear. Full cleanup and a joint walkthrough happen at handover — but the site never looks abandoned mid-project.
Materials
Paints, colours & finishes.
Materials and the choices that shape the result.
Which paint brands do you work with?
The major brands available in Singapore. We recommend a system based on your surfaces, environment and budget — and if you have a preferred brand or colour range, we work with it.
Can you match my existing wall colour?
Yes. We match from brand colour cards or scan an existing surface, then confirm with a test patch before committing to full walls.
Which sheen should I pick for each room?
Matt for ceilings and bedrooms, washable low-sheen for living areas and corridors, and semi-gloss or gloss for doors, trim and wet zones. We confirm room by room during the assessment.
How long should an interior repaint last?
With proper preparation and quality paints, interior walls typically look good for five years or more, depending on use. Kitchens, bathrooms and high-traffic corridors are usually refreshed sooner.
