Office Painting Services in Singapore

04

Office repainting with after-hours and weekend scheduling, low-odour paints and handover-ready reinstatement work.

Business as usual

Can an office be repainted without stopping work?

Yes — most of our office projects run after hours, over weekends, or zone by zone so your team never works around wet paint. Workstations and equipment are covered, dust is controlled during preparation, and low-odour, fast-drying systems mean the office smells and works like normal the next morning.

We also handle reinstatement painting for lease handovers — returning walls to landlord specifications — and repaints coordinated with fit-out contractors, with building management liaison included in the scope.

Scope of work

What our office painting service includes.

From one meeting room to a full floor — the scope and schedule are built around your operations, not ours.

01

Open Office & Meeting Rooms

Workstation zones, meeting rooms and phone booths repainted in phases, with furniture and equipment protected and every zone back in service by morning.

  • Phased zone-by-zone plan
  • Workstation & equipment protection
  • Next-morning handback
02

Reinstatement Painting

Lease ending? We repaint walls, columns and ceilings to the landlord's reinstatement specification so handover inspection passes the first time.

  • To landlord's handover spec
  • Quoted from the reinstatement clause
  • Coordinated with other trades
03

Fit-Out & Rebrand Repaints

New layout, new brand, new palette. We work alongside your fit-out contractor or designer, matching paint colours to brand codes and material boards.

  • Brand-colour matching
  • Coordination with fit-out teams
  • Sequenced around other works
04

Reception & Feature Walls

The wall your clients see first. Accent colours, textures and durable finishes that keep reception, boardroom and corridor walls sharp under daily traffic.

  • Accent & texture options
  • Durable scuff-resistant systems
  • Crisp lines around signage & joinery
05

Corridors & Common Areas

High-contact surfaces — corridors, pantries, lift lobbies and doors — finished in washable systems that survive trolleys, chairs and cleaning schedules.

  • Washable, scrubbable finishes
  • Door & frame enamels
  • Scuff-prone zones reinforced
06

Scheduling & Coordination

Night and weekend slots, building management liaison, permits and protection of common areas — the logistics are part of the service, not your problem.

  • After-hours & weekend crews
  • Building management liaison
  • Access & permit coordination

Zero-disruption logistics

Your office by day. Our site by night.

The measure of a good office repaint is that nobody notices it happening — only that the walls look new. Crews set up after your team leaves and reset the space before anyone returns.

  • Evening setup, morning reset
  • Low-odour paints — no next-day smell
  • Dust-controlled preparation
  • IT & equipment zones protected

Paint systems

The systems we specify for offices.

Office paint has to dry fast, smell of nothing and survive daily traffic. The system changes by zone.

FAQ

Office painting questions, answered.

What office managers, tenants and facility teams ask before booking.

Can you paint our office outside working hours?

Yes — nights, weekends and public holidays are our standard slots for office work. Zones are painted, dried and reset before staff return, so the business never stops for the repaint.

Will the office smell of paint the next day?

No. We use low-odour, fast-drying systems designed for occupied commercial spaces. By morning the finish is dry to touch and any trace odour is gone with normal air-conditioning turnover.

What is reinstatement painting?

It is repainting a leased office back to the landlord's original specification — usually neutral walls, ceilings and columns — at the end of the tenancy. We quote directly from your reinstatement clause or the landlord's handover checklist.

Can you match our brand colours?

Yes. Give us the colour codes from your brand guidelines and we will match them in paint, or colour-scan an existing sample. Test patches are applied before full rollout.

Do you coordinate with building management?

Yes. Permits, after-hours access, lift bookings and protection of common areas are arranged with the building's management as part of the job.

How is an office repaint quoted?

Send a floor plan and photos for a fast estimate, or book a short site walk for a firm itemised quotation — per zone, per finish, with the schedule stated up front.

How much notice do you need to start?

For small scopes — a few rooms or a feature wall — we can usually mobilise within days. Full-floor repaints and reinstatement projects are best booked one to two weeks ahead, and weekend slots go first.
