Assess before treating
Damage that can be seen may be due to various reasons. Areas of concern are first inspected and their surroundings and then a sequence of repair and finish is determined based on what is observed.
A repair method for cracking, flaking or breaking away concrete, typically where the embedded reinforcement has started to corrode. Areas affected are evaluated, the loose concrete is removed, the exposed steel is treated as necessary, and the surface is restored with an appropriate repair system.

Yes — if the moisture source is fixed too. We treat and remove the growth, then address what feeds it: ventilation, condensation or leaks. Treatment without fixing the source is why mould keeps returning after ordinary cleaning.
