Working warehouses
How is a working warehouse painted without shutting it down?
In phases. We split the warehouse into zones, work around racking and stock, and take floor areas in sections — often overnight or over weekends — so receiving and dispatch keep moving. Preparation is dust-controlled, and each zone is handed back ready for traffic before the next begins.
The scope usually pairs high-level work — ceilings, exposed services and structural steel from boom lifts — with hard-wearing epoxy floor systems, including line marking and zone demarcation that hold up under forklift traffic.
