Working warehouses
In phases. We divide the warehouse into zones, work around racking and stock and take floor areas in sections – sometimes overnight or over weekends – to ensure receiving and dispatching can continue. Dust is controlled in the preparation and each zone is returned ready for traffic before the next is started.
The scope typically includes high-level work such as ceilings and exposed services and steel from boom lifts as well as hard-wearing epoxy floor systems, which incorporate line marking and demarcation of zones that can withstand forklift traffic.

Each space type (storage, logistics, light-industrial) requires a specific system and the scope is written following a site walk.
Bright, light-reflective ceiling zones and walls are repainted to increase visibility throughout the facility, making it look clean and managed.
Epoxy systems that are matched to forklift traffic, point loads and cleaning regimes, sealed and dust-proofed and easier to keep clean, match floors.
Aisles, walkways, staging bays and safety zones laid out in durable coatings that remain visible with daily use – to your floor plan.
Protection first, presentation second, columns, trusses, mezzanine steel and roller shutters de-rusted, primed and finished.
Systems that are tough and resistant to traffic and loading bays, facades and edges that are impact prone and are highlighted in safety colours.
The key to the rest is the plan: areas around the racking are sequenced, each area is cured and released before the next is taken.

A warehouse doesn't have time to stop for paint. Our phasing ensures goods continue to flow: floor sections are removed overnight, high level works are undertaken in advance of the floor works and each zone is reopened to traffic on time.

Yes. Ceilings, trusses, ducting and other exposed services are coated from boom lifts by crews trained for high access, usually phased ahead of the floor work below.
Usually, yes. Worn concrete is repaired, degreased and mechanically profiled first, then sealed and coated. Badly spalled sections are rebuilt before coating so the new system bonds properly.
Yes. Attached offices, meeting rooms, toilets and pantries are usually folded into the same programme, so the whole facility is refreshed in one visit with one point of contact.
